These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of truepointag.com and your purchase of products from True Point AG, a brand of Arcwest Fabrication LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products
We design, manufacture, and sell the RollerGlide 3-Point System and related agricultural equipment components. We make a good-faith effort to keep product descriptions, fitment lists, prices, and images accurate, but we do not guarantee that everything on the site is free of errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct mistakes, update fitment information, or change pricing at any time.
Fitment Verification
RollerGlide is sold in two variants (M1 and M2) that fit different John Deere hitch architectures. You are responsible for confirming that the variant you order matches your tractor's hitch hardware. If you are not sure, contact us at orders@truepointag.com with photos of your factory sway block area before ordering. We are happy to confirm fitment. Orders for the wrong variant may be returned under our Refund Policy but the customer is responsible for return shipping in those cases.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. Applicable U.S. state and local sales tax is calculated automatically based on your shipping address. Shipping charges are calculated and shown before you complete payment. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully captured.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States via UPS Ground or a comparable carrier. Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days from the date your order ships. We do not currently ship outside the United States. Shipping risk transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup. If a package arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier and you to resolve it.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Warranty
Products are covered under our Lifetime Warranty, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The RollerGlide 3-Point System is patent pending. RollerGlide™ and True Point AG™ are trademarks of Arcwest Fabrication LLC. All photographs, product descriptions, marketing copy, and other content on this site are owned by Arcwest Fabrication LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use any content from this site without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
- Submit false or misleading information at checkout.
- Resell our products without prior written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, downtime, or implement damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow this limitation, so it may not apply to you.
Disclaimers
RollerGlide products are sold "as is" and "as available," with the express warranties stated in our Warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Customers are responsible for proper installation of the product on their tractors. Improper installation, modification, or use beyond the product's intended purpose voids the warranty and is at the customer's own risk.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date at the top will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
