Built to Last. Backed for Life.
The RollerGlide 3-Point System is proudly designed and manufactured in the USA using heavy-duty steel components built to withstand the demands of modern precision agriculture. True Point AG provides a Lifetime Structural Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all RollerGlide brackets, welded assemblies, and structural mounting components. Bearings and hardware are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear plates, coatings, finish wear, and normal wear from regular operation are considered serviceable components.
Coverage at a Glance
Brackets, Welded Assemblies, Structural Mounts
Heavy-duty steel components covered for the life of the product against defects in materials and workmanship.
Bearings & Hardware
Industrial cam follower bearings and grade-8 hardware covered against manufacturing defects.
Wear Plates & Finish
Wear plates, coatings, and finish wear are serviceable components designed to be reversed or replaced as needed over the life of the system.
Replacement Kits
Wear plate kits, bearing kits, and hardware kits available so you can service the system instead of replacing it.
The Lifetime Structural Warranty
This warranty runs for as long as the original purchaser owns the RollerGlide system. The warranty is non-transferable. If you sell your tractor with the RollerGlide installed, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner.
What the Lifetime Structural Warranty Covers
- RollerGlide bracket assemblies (CNC-cut and formed steel).
- All welded assemblies and welds.
- Structural mounting components that bolt the system to your tractor's hitch frame.
If a covered structural component fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge to the original purchaser, including return shipping of the replacement parts.
Limited Warranty — Bearings & Hardware
The industrial cam follower bearings and grade-8 hardware supplied with the system are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If a bearing or piece of hardware fails out of the box or fails prematurely due to a defect, we will replace it at no charge.
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear, contamination from operating environment, damage from over-torque or under-torque at installation, or failure caused by operation outside the rated load of the tractor's 3-point hitch. Replacement bearing kits and hardware kits are available separately at fair pricing.
Wear Plates — Serviceable by Design
RollerGlide wear plates are sacrificial wear surfaces. They are engineered to protect the hitch contact points while maintaining proper fit and alignment. The plates are reversible — they can be flipped to present a fresh face when wear eventually occurs — and replacement wear plate kits are available so the system can be serviced rather than replaced.
Wear plates, coatings, finish wear, and other normal wear that results from regular field operation are not covered under the Lifetime Structural Warranty. This is by design: serviceable components should be replaceable, and structural components should last. That is the approach we built the RollerGlide system around.
What Is Not Covered (Either Warranty)
Neither the Lifetime Structural Warranty nor the limited bearings/hardware warranty covers:
- Damage caused by improper installation, including failure to torque hardware to spec.
- Damage caused by modification or alteration of the product.
- Damage caused by accident, collision, impact, or operation outside the product's intended purpose.
- Damage caused by attaching an implement that exceeds the rated load capacity of your tractor's 3-point hitch.
- Normal wear on wear plates, including flipping, eventual replacement, or finish wear.
- Powder coat and surface finish wear of any kind. Scratches, chips, scuffs, gouges from tools or
- Powder coat and surface finish wear of any kind. Scratches, chips, scuffs, gouges from tools or hardware during installation, contact damage from implements, abrasion from chains or other equipment, fading or discoloration from UV exposure, and general weathering or wear from normal field use. The finish is a corrosion-resistant coating, not a structural element. Finish wear is expected, normal, and not a defect.
- Surface rust or oxidation that occurs after the finish has been damaged or after the product has been exposed to corrosive environments (saltwater, fertilizer, manure, etc.) for extended periods.
- Cosmetic appearance issues that do not affect the structural function of the product.
- Loss of use, lost time in the field, lost crop yield, or other consequential damages.
- Products purchased used or from an unauthorized reseller.
Replacement Components Available
The RollerGlide System was designed with long-term serviceability in mind. Replacement wear plate kits, bearing kits, and hardware kits are available so you can keep your system performing at its best for years to come. Instead of replacing the entire assembly, serviceable components can be replaced as needed to restore peak performance. Contact orders@truepointag.com for current pricing on replacement kits.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email orders@truepointag.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.

- A short description of what happened and when.
- We will respond within one business day. Most warranty claims can be resolved with photos alone. For complex issues we may ask you to return the failed component for inspection.
- If your claim is approved under the Lifetime Structural Warranty or the limited bearings/hardware warranty, we will ship a repair or replacement at no charge. If we ask for the failed component back, we cover return shipping.
- If your claim is not covered, we will explain why and quote replacement components at fair pricing where applicable.
Limitation of Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the warranties described above (Lifetime Structural Warranty on structural components and limited warranty on bearings and hardware) are the sole and exclusive warranties provided with the RollerGlide system. All other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
Our liability under these warranties is limited to repair or replacement of the defective component. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you.
