The Promise
True Point AG warrants the RollerGlide 3-Point System to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product when installed and used as intended on a compatible John Deere tractor.
What "Lifetime" Means
This warranty runs for as long as the original purchaser owns the RollerGlide system. The warranty is non-transferable. If you sell your tractor with the RollerGlide installed, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:
- The RollerGlide bracket assemblies (CNC-cut steel, welds, and powder coat).
- The McGill CYR 3 S cam follower bearings supplied with the system.
- The wear plate stack supplied with the system.
- The grade 8 hardware and nylock nuts supplied with the system.
If a covered component fails because of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you, including return shipping of the replacement parts.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, including failure to torque hardware to spec.
- Damage caused by modification or alteration of the product.
- Damage caused by accident, collision, impact, or operation outside the product's intended purpose.
- Damage caused by attaching an implement that exceeds the rated load capacity of your tractor's 3-point hitch.
- Powder coat finish damage of any kind. This includes — but is not limited to — scratches, chips, scuffs, gouges from tools or hardware during installation, contact damage from implements, abrasion from chains or other equipment, fading or discoloration from UV exposure, and general weathering or wear from normal field use. The powder coat is a corrosion-resistant finish, not a structural element. It will show wear over the life of the product. This is expected, normal, and not a defect.
- Surface rust or oxidation that occurs after the powder coat has been damaged or after the product has been exposed to corrosive environments (saltwater, fertilizer, manure, etc.) for extended periods.
- Cosmetic appearance issues that do not affect the structural function of the product.
- Loss of use, lost time in the field, lost crop yield, or other consequential damages.
- Products purchased used or from an unauthorized reseller.
Plain talk on powder coat: This is farm equipment. It lives on the back of a working tractor. The powder coat is going to get scratched up, scuffed, weathered, and faded. That's normal. It does not weaken the steel underneath, does not affect how the system performs, and does not void this warranty. What this warranty covers is whether the part still does its job — not how pretty it looks five years from now.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email orders@truepointag.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- Photos of the issue.
- A short description of what happened and when.
- We will respond within one business day. Most warranty claims can be resolved with photos alone. For complex issues we may ask you to return the failed component for inspection.
- If your claim is approved, we will ship a repair or replacement at no charge. If we ask for the failed component back, we cover return shipping.
- If your claim is not covered under this warranty, we will explain why and offer paid repair or replacement options where applicable.
Wear Plate Stack — Quick Note
The RollerGlide wear plate stack is designed to virtually eliminate wear by replacing sliding friction with rolling contact through the cam follower bearings. In the rare event a wear plate does show wear, the plate can be flipped to present a fresh face. If you ever wear through both faces of a plate under normal use, we will replace the plate stack at no charge as a courtesy — even though we don't expect this to happen.
Limitation of Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Lifetime Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided with the RollerGlide system. All other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective component. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost income or implement damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising from this warranty will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
